I was tempted to re-title this The Soul of a Saddamite, but knowing how Majesty cringes at the term, I restrained myself. Nevertheless, that's what this reveals: the soul of Saddamy.

I am suspicious, given the eulogy to the Valliant book, that this might be the work of one of the phive phascists who phrequent the phirehammer phorum & spend their time railing about the Brandens, Perigo, phaggots & SOLO (haven phor depraved hedonistic repulsive philthy bum-phucking Soddomites) generally.

Of course, it might just be Justin himself. In any event, not worth worrying about—good for a belly-laugh :-)

George, I didn't get the feeling you did. However, people who are as fanatically anti-Israel as this writer usually are antiSemitic. Being against anything and everything Israel does, including being against its very existence, is apparently a safe way of expressing antiSemitism. Although, in most of the word these days it is reasonably safe to express it directly.

This smells like Justin or one of his similarly-odored ilk all the way. Probably one of his cigarette slaves or bud-boys. The neocon and Soddomy labels give it away. I've never seen anyone so infatuated with the sexuality (or Jewishness) of others. My Dr. Ruth alter-ego thinks it must be either a perverse form of flirtation, or an expression of frustration at what he wants to yet can't have. You sacrifice much more than your soul when you surround yourself with a bunch of cowardly pin-dick peaceniks.

But the Raimondo thing still strikes me as forced. If memory serves, when that argument broke out on your thread, it was Bidinotto and Mouhibian that went round and round with him and his sychophants - and in an ugly way. So I don't buy the targeting Barbara on it. Also, someone correct me if I am wrong, but it would be hugely inconsistent for the ulta-left anti-war crowd (isn't Justin gay? ) to talk the 'soddomite' line. Mixed message in that tirade. So it's a question of what parts are diversionary and what parts are not.

Of course it could always be just another nut-case troll. But its fun to speculate.

You must've not read Raimondo's posts -- just about everyone one of them (in response to Tom Palmer, who is gay) pushed the soddomite line to a compulsive degree. The fact that it's been trotted out again only points to Raimondo or people with his same cumpulsion.

In fact, I just watched one of the newer Poirot movies the other night. But I need a Hastings to accidentally point out some hidden leads...both Cass and Raimondo have acted mighty deranged, anyone would know about the Valliant book, the language points to the Raimondo crowd...something's missing, but what?

Also, you have to keep in mind that Barbara is a public figure whose profile transcends the SOLO wing of libertarianism. She is therefore a much highlighted target -- a fact that is proven by the specific, personal attack on her that sleazily seizes on a number of things that could not be used against someone like me. Given these facts, her unqualified denounciation is easily enough to attract such an attack. I mean, who gives a shit about me, anyway? So I'm afraid it doesn't narrow things down too much.
