My first thought was "do Muslim women who would be doctors really believe it's immoral to expose their arms up to the elbows in order to wash them?" My next thought was that it is irrelevant to them what they think is immoral, what's relevant to them is what their own fathers, uncles and brothers are willing to kill them for.
