Wait a minute: the site says:

"If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov."

This could and should easily backfire. Couldn't it result in many of their very own nonsense utterances being sent back to them?

If you strictly follow their instructions...

I've totally changed my mind regarding rhetoric now.  Bill was 100% right.

I got the same take as you, Fred. There are so many really fishy things about the health care proposals, we should absolutely jam their email with them.

Getting more disgusted by the minute.

I'm reporting you all as counter-revolutionaries. Do you people think you have the right to question the holy one?

What that ever so earnest blonde was citing was simply Obama's statements. He can SAY anything, but he also contradicts himself, and he has a hidden agenda -- a single payer plan.

What she was also ignoring were the real facts -- the content of the 1000-page Health Care Bill that our beloved leaders are so eager to pass. In that bill are things that you won't ever hear Obama or his cronies bother to mention, and most of the legislators who are voting on it probably haven't bothered to read it anyway.

There is one woman who has, however, and this is what she reported on the Fred Thompson Show:

What is very funny is, she quotes what Obama actually said at one point - something Hugh Hewitt has been playing on his show for many weeks now - exactly!  Her point was "this is what Obama said" whereas he played it while saying "Obama says this, but he is lying - at the very least being disingenuous" - In other words, who cares if that is what he SAYS - since the FACTS are that what he proposes does NOT agree with his OWN WORDS!

Let's go viral.  I just sent the following link (in which the Congressional Budget Office contradicts adminstration assertions abous cost saving) to flag@whitehouse.gov with the subject line "Reporting dissent is the highest form of patriotism."  I encourage everyone to do the same: http://www.cbo.gov/ftpdocs/104xx/doc10492/08-07-Prevention.pdf

I took a look at the website that was spawned from this today. It was pretty painful. It looks great, but someone needs to inform the administration that posting videos of a panel composed of various age and racial groups asserting the opposite of the "myth" to be debunked is not actually debunking anything. The "myth" that gov't healthcare will promote rationing is not debunked by having a vaguely cute indian doctor on staff explain to me that "No, it won't do that" and " Health insurance companies already "get together" and determine what care you need based on what policy you have."
