Hugo Chavez: "The people of the United States are being governed by a killer, a genocidal murderer and a madman."

Well, you see, that is because in a constitutional or republican democracy, we have separation of powers and checks and balances. Now, I don't know who these three people are, but apparently, they are keeping watch on each other pretty good. On the other hand, in Venezuela, those roles are all held by one man.
