It is disgusting (now or at any other time) that the human intellect could be used to plan and instigate such acts. Whoever was behind it for whatever reasons obviously only wants death, death to innocent individuals, death to themselves, death to their followers, and death to their own mind (if there ever was one).

My heart felt sympathy to all those innocent individuals that have suffered as a consequence of these crimes.
