Description Biology / Psychology / Philosophy. An odd combination? I don't think so. I've just about finished a double degree in these at Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand.
I first became interested in libertarianism when I took Economics 130 at Vic in 2000. My good friend Daniel Ust and brother Phil soon had me examining libertarian arguments.
Right now I wouldn't describe myself as an Objectivist, but isn't an empiricist/atheist/libertarian with a sense of life close enough? ;-)
Currently a member of Wellington Libz and a new group being set up at Victoria University by my brother Philip.
