I recently moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, where I'm currently working as a contract engineer for a small aerospace company and taking classes at North Carolina State University. I'm planning to enter the Institute for Advanced Analytics at NCSU as a full-time graduate student next summer. My interests outside of engineering include collecting slide rules and antique scientific instruments, International Defensive Pistol Association competition shooting, public speaking, gunsmithing, science fiction, and nature study.
I'm looking forward to participating in the group, and I'd also be interested in getting together with others in the Raleigh/Wake County area interested in Objectivism.
