For long stretches of time, art has been used to nullify reason as the characteristic that identifies human beings. Nowadays, through "modern art", it display existence as worthless and despicable. The architectural and engineering achievements being nowadays set up in Dubai, at the United Arab Emirates, are testimonies of human ingenuity and capacity, but  they are also symbols marking the amazing depth that human immorality has now reached. Peaceful, productive life and togetherness among different human races, nations and populations require from all involved a strict adherence to the personal, individual rights to life and limb. RELIGULOUS: Mankind, a rational Species? Ha!
by Manfred F. Schieder

"Religulous", the movie that inspired this article, points out the fact that mankind is moving at top-speed to the abyss of its destruction due to the malevolent spirit of faith and force, the corollaries that Ayn Rand clearly described in her essay "Faith and Force: The Destroyers of the Modern World." This is a call to action to avoid this dark prospect. (Read more...)

While the present worldwide situation doesn't make it seem likely that the time for the establishment of a Capitalist social system is at hand, evolution itself proves that this moment must arrive. But the changes involved require the activity of previously prepared managers for the establishment of the Capitalist system. This article takes up the administrative requirements and further theoretical and practical tasks this feat will involve. (Read more...)

Ayn Rand and the End of Malthus
by Manfred F. Schieder
Sanctions: 4Sanctions: 4 Sanction this ArticleEditMark as your favorite article
The existing altruistic type of society that characterized mankind's existence up to now, belongs to the realm of the irrational animals and is, thus, kept within bounds by Malthus' "solutions": hunger, plagues (diseases) and wars. The type of society that characterizes the rational human being, avoids these prospects by applying a totally different code of social existence. (Read more...)

Art and Evolution
by Manfred F. Schieder

Painting and sculpture clearly depict and describe mankind's painful growth to what nature's evolution itself automatically designed it to be: beings characterized by the faculty of reason, a faculty whose development itself history has shown to be a stumbling, hesitant progress toward the goal of total fulfillment. The article analyzes the evolution of man from the point of view of his aesthetic efforts and the colossal task that lies ahead. (Read more...)

[Editor's Note: This article forms an introduction of sorts to a book written by Manfred that we will be publishing here in the form of a chapter-a-week serial.]

Excepting the followers of Ayn Rand’s Objectivism, those others who seemingly promote the application of Capitalism as the system required to produce general wellbeing, defend it on the wrong basis of religious principles. Capitalism as a social system does not originate on such doctrines but corresponds to a completely new stage of human evolution. (Read more...)

Have you ever heard of Tamara de Lempicka? She became a millionaire in her lifetime without any government grants or subsidies and worked her way up against all odds, particularly the Avant-garde “created” by mainly Marxist artists and intellectuals, best represented by that “work of art” of Kazimir Malevitch (1878-1935) known as “Black square on white background”, a feat that shattered his brain for the rest of his life. Kant And The New Tactics To Destroy Objectivism
by Manfred F. Schieder
Sanctions: 18Sanctions: 18Sanctions: 18 Sanction this ArticleEditMark as your favorite article
Under the pretense of “bettering and correcting"(!) Objectivism, a new breed of attacks against it has been launched by academics, commentators and sundry intellectuals. Some do it aiming at accommodating Objectivism to Kant and all of them, whether declared or implicitly, follow the Kantian guide of destructiveness. By doing so they unwittingly confirm that Ayn Rand perfectly recognized Kant as the paramount of nowaday's evilness, following the path whose philosophical originator was Plato.
