Steve, in reply. Yes, persecution, but I understand why, and it is not altogether unjustified. It is certainly understandable given the political manipulations of the day. But the justification needs to be consciously and comprehensively apprehended. If it was, or ever had been, the premise of it, reasonably should have changed by now. Judaism is another subject. What my post is about is unconscious group behaviors. I of course did not identify what we should learn. I did imply that the ways in which the Muslims controlled their behaviors to to survive in the harsh natural conditions of the desert is something we could learn from because it was unconsciously assimilated and Sharia law was a last resort. I've not actually seen proof that Muslims want to impose Sharia law here. Someone told someone that is the case from what I've seen. I do know they insist that the unseen of our unconscious existence be recognized. They insist on Allah, but with understanding and REASON that could change. And, I agree, otherwise it will control us and we will not know it. What I've said was that "fundamentally" humans are controlled by their unconscious mind. With understanding, the unconscious will relent. That is what reason is all about, is creating understanding. To understand the error of our ways you would have to be close enough to nature to see how it is damaged in ways that are not acceptable. Media will not share the facts and what is shared is to creat a bias. Would you suggest that unconscious collectivism which causes our extinction is better than consciously justified and designed Environmental Collectivism? Can you explain what service you can provide anywhere without good air and water? The sacrifices implied are simply reasonable, sensible uses of resource and energy while also assuring purity of air and water.
