I saw that.  Ayn Rand's name just jumped out at me!  There should never be a "conservative" or a "liberal" on the Supreme Court... only Originalists - that is their purpose.  And I suspect that is what Justice Thomas meant when he talked about no pre-determined outcomes.  Clarence Thomas is a quiet-spoken, modern-day hero.
