The impotency of the conservative movement has allowed the modern liberal establishment to claim the U.S. legal system as its own, resulting in an unacceptable growth of our once limited government. However, there is a new philosophical presence in America today. It isn't liberal or conservative, it's simply rational. It is based
upon a philosophy of reason as developed by Aristotle and further articulated by such thinkers as John Locke, Thomas Jefferson, Lysander Spooner, and most recently Objectivist philosopher Ayn Rand. These thinkers have provided a sufficient foundation upon which a new, rational system of justice can be established.
To that end, this group has been established; to challenge those who control our current legal system and to present a new, viable theory of justice for all future American leaders to draw upon when implementing policies of justice that affect American lives."
