You probably think that Russian Federation is a failed state? You are absolutely correct.
But Russia we want to build (Russian Technate) is different.
We created large "business-plan" on what we do after come to power. It includes hundreds of projects, small and big, expensive and cheap and so on.
Here's short description of some projects I can inform you about without revealing secret information.
Because of matters of security, I changed all numbers to approximate values.

Starting point - victory of Party candidate on 2008 Russian President election.
Preparation phase: 2008-2010.
PROJECT: "Housing For Everyone"
Mass use of Russian modular technology in construction of housing, one square meter will cost 1,500 roubles using this technology. Free housing for military officers, high-ranked engineers and young families (to stimulate "baby-boom"). Total cost of entire project: classified.
PROJECT: "Urbanate-1"
Creation of new scientific and administrative capital of Russia, using modular technology and technology of deep underground construction. It has integral anti-air defence (can destroy 500 air targets, including cruise missiles), automated security system, atomic power plant and other systems. This is necessary for ensuring security of leaders. Total cost of entire project: classified.
Main phase: 2010-2020.
PROJECT: "MAKS"
Completion of Soviet "MAKS" project of shuttle. One launch will cost 200,000,000 roubles. Can carry 16 tons to orbit. Do not require launch pads, can use ordinary air-strips. Because of these and low cost of launch (compared to ALL traditional means of launch), total domination of world commercial space market in 3 years: 98% of market. Total cost of entire project: 100,000,000,000 roubles.
PROJECT: "The Eye"
Using GLONASS components to form protected navigation system with resolution of 0.5 meters. Launch of 24 sattelites using previously completed "MAKS" project, which ensure its cheap cost. Because of low cost and high resolution, partial domination on world market of space navigation in 2 years: approximately 60% of market. Total cost of project: 4,800,000,000 roubles.
PROJECT: "Army Vision"
Cheap upgrade of outdated Russian non-smart weaponry with receivers of "The Eye", turning huge arsenals of old weapons into state-of-the-art precise weaponry (accuracy - 0.5 meters). Introduction of "The Eye" into ground forces, civilian navigation and other fields. Total cost of entire project: classified.
PROJECT: "Overmind"
Use of Kumahov x-ray optics technology to produce submicron electronic chips. Cost of device to produce such chips to 10,000,000 roubles (which includes source of x-ray radiation, which will cost 6,000,000 roubles). Cost of producing these chips is 10 times lower, than using same Western technology. These devices can also produce nano-level chips. Partial domination of electronic market in 2 years (85-90%), total domination of nanoelectronic market in 3 months (100%). Total cost of entire project: 50,000,000,000 roubles.
PROJECT: "Robotisation"
Unification of Soviet robotics technologies and results of "Overmind" project. Wide use of Soviet plasma and laser processing technologies. Creation of fully automated robotic factories that do not have limits of complexness - "FABRIKATORS". Use of them to produce supercheap high-tech goods, including: automobiles, jet planes, helicopters, "MAKS" shuttles, x-ray devices described in "Overmind" project, and, what is most important, high-tech weapons. Domination of Eurasian market of transport aviation in 2 years (77%), sattelite construction in 5 months (100%), power plant construction in 4 years (82%), and several others. Total cost of entire project: classified.
PROJECT: "Fusion Energy"
Use of Russian "Tokamak" system to create industrial-grade thermonuclear power plant. Estimated power output of first generation power plants (5 years after start) - 1 GigaWatt; estimated power output of second generation power plants (after 3 years more) - 10 GigaWatt. Total domination of thermonuclear plant construction market in 6 years (100%). Total cost of entire project: classified.
PROJECT: "GOELRO-2"
Gradual replacement of energy system of Russia with "Tokamak"-based power plants, which will solve problems of heating and energy distribution, increasing efficiency of Russian economy in approximately 10-15 times. Total cost of entire project: hard to estimate exactly, too much depends on current situation; approximate numbers are classified.
Final phase: after 2020.
PROJECT: "Black Army"
Use of space systems ("MAKS" project), precise targeting ("Army Vision" project), thermonuclear reactors ("Fusion Energy" project), nanoelectronics ("Overmind" project), robotic production lines ("Robotisation" projects) to create army of new generation. Rendering NATO strategic forces useless by introduction of ground-based and space-based (use of "MAKS" project and, probably, other carriers) thermonuclear-powered laser defence system. 2025 year - invasion of America. Destruction of NATO. Creation of World Goverment, fully controlled by Russia. Total cost of entire project: classified.
Well, I hope that was interesting. ALL OF THE TECHNOLOGIES use in these projects are either finished (like modular construction) or near completion (like "Tokamak"-based power plant). That is only tiny part of plan, if some of these project fail, we have dozens of replacements.
Well, you see, if we win elections of 2008 year, "free world" as you know it will cease to exist in 2025. Mathematically guaranteed by our economists and engineers. America is doomed, my friends (unless you somehow stop us from winning elections, taking in account that average intellect level of us is higher than of any other political forces in Russia and, probably, in world, and taking in account that our Party is closed organisation).
Well, let's see reaction of "rational" people here. I expect irrational denial without any attempts of checking my information. Oh, I will enjoy so much looking at your blind denial, driven by fear!
