Stop It!

Greetings, everyone.

I would like to announce the fact that I am not a ping-pong ball. Believe it or not I do not appreciate the attention of those who whack me with un-sanctions because they can't handle the truth nor that of those who bat me back with unmerited sanctions to show they are tolerant of non-Objectivist opinions. So stop it!

While I understand the folks who sanction me to repair the damage of the vandals is well-intended, it only draws the ire of Leninz's brownshirts and the cycle repeats itself. (Plus I really don't like the Atlas points anyway. What I do like are responses to my posts, especially the vicious ones with a little style. ;) This is the third or fourth round of this crap, and it needs to end. Though I am not and do not desire to be one of Leninz's "band of brothers", my contribution to this forum is worthwhile. I have earned unmoderated status, and it's up to SOLO's administrators now to end this nonsense where a single coward can anonymously punch X's all night long to take away a status that is not his to remove.

Caveat: I understand perfectly well that this is Leninz's house and he can have whatever rules he wants. However, if he wants to put himself out as an Objectivist, he might want to have rules that reflect a modicum of Rand's philosophy. Either that, or let the brownshirts rule.

You really are a rude piece of shit. If you think Mr Perigo was rude to you or Mr. Stolyarov, fine. If he's so bad you are just as guilty or worse, as you think its so wrong for him to behave one way, but ok for you to behave that way. That's totally irrational.....oh wait, nevermind....forgot who I was talking to.

Yes, I do. Ten points give you unmoderated status, which I value. After that the points are meaningless (expect possibly as a buffer for that status which only the most determined Rat exterminator will plow through).

Well, I should say, I did have problem, because it looks like I'm still the ping-pong ball having been swatted back with sanctions pushing me back into unmoderated status. Whoever my benefactors are, I thank them, but I really wish they would leave this problem to the SOLO admininstrators to fix.

Also, Ethan, I thank you for that second delightfully vicious post of yours. All I can say is that I am quite full of myself that I've been able to spark such passion in you.

j/k. i couldn't care if your posts are un-moderated. i think i even prefer it. that way you can dig yourself deeper and deeper.

there's very little reason to prohibit speach, even evil speach, and plenty of reason to allow it. even on a private medium (where it isn't (criminally) immoral to prohibit it, but in some cases foolish).

i just went to a japanese party for the end of the summer session.

i got drunk, or buzzed at least. i really didn't drink too much either. 3 beers (about 20 oz each), and 2 little shots of sake.

plus tons of water and green tea to try and beat the buzz.
