this is a bad article but I couldn't find much coverage at all on the subject. Go figure. I know a few other states have already made this a law but I never gave it much thought before.

Haha I saw that. I tried really hard to find an acceptable article on this and failed. I heard this mentioned on NPR and found this article, but there wasn't even a peep from any other source.
