Just a small point: It can be impossible at present to ascertain the truth of a statement about the future, but that doesn't mean that the statement is neither true nor false. Let's take Aristotle's example -- "There will be a sea battle tomorrow." That statement is either true or false: either there will be a sea battle or there won't. If there is, then the statement will have been true; if there isn't, then it will have been false.
