| | You left out the saddest part. If you want to make the analogy truly complete, you have to mention that the men who pay nothing order Lobster, Caviar, Creme Brulee & Champagne. The men who pay a bit more have steak. Man number 10 (the richest) doesn't actually order from the kitchen. He just comes to the restaurant because he's forced to. He does all his own personal cooking at home. He also tills the soil, grows the vegetables, devises the recipes and is the one that teaches everyone else the value of food.
