| | This reminds me of the German self-made disaster of the UMTS licensing, the government has done. They were grossly over stated in price and the infrastructure was totally lacking any sense (means it didn't exist). Slowly, the market here is feedbacking and UMTS production increases, but it had been a couple of years before enterprises and the market set things right....
