I like advice given by Matt Walsh, the author of the column:

"Advice for my newspaper friends: Listen to Penn Jillette. '[W]e haven't tackled Islam because we have families,' he says. '[A]nd I think the worst thing you can say about a group in a free society is that you're afraid to talk about it.' There, that wasn't very hard, was it?"

No, Martel/Brauchli, you pulled the cartoon because your fear of Muslims outweighs your commitment to free expression, period.

Idea expression doesn't get much more clear than that.

And do we ever hear liberal feminists say ANYTHING bad about the way Muslim's treat their women? Anything at all?

Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar (host of the TV show "The View") walked off the set when their guest Bill O'Reilly argued that building a mosque near Ground Zero is inappropriate because it dishonors the victims of 9/11. The two women walked off the show (their own show) in protest to O'Reilly's comments and in support of the religious freedom of Muslim's.

Have you ever seen these liberal media icons object to the grotesque denial of freedom and the brutal oppression of women that is standard fair in Muslim dominated countries? Don't hold your breath.
