The smears against Rand are especially virulent these days, makes me think her ideas are cutting to the bone.

It's interesting to read the comments on the first link. They start out as just mindless rants but after 18 pages progress to a degree of legitimate arguments by some critics that have some knowledge of the subject.

I don't have any interest in wading through the tripe to get to anything interesting, but, Sam, do the "arguments" have anything to do with Rand's personal life, or with her published ideas?

There's nothing new in the discussions It's just that the tenor switched from just diatribes to a calmer approach. You'll get the idea if you go to the 18th page of the comments.
