| | That is the kind of good news I love to see.
Sometimes it's the states that do the work of changing the direction of the nation... that is what happened with the elimination of slavery and of prohibition. It sure would be nice to see the states act in unison and force a tough, balanced budget (with a spending cap) on the federal government.
