It's saying that when you think back on the ideas and potential of your younger self you might feel wistful but the admonishment is that the "now" you is in a much better position to plan your way ahead. Ironic it is, I think, that a mid-life crisis is a sign of immaturity.|
Thanks for your offer of hospitality, though. Unfortunately I have 2 exams (where they historically fail about 2/3 of the candidates) in early October and also a new Treasury System to implement at the same time so my foot is nailed to the floor for the next month.
