Moderators and Webmasters of SOLO,

I just want to say thank you for making SOLO such a wonderful place to meet online to exchange ideas and viewpoints.  It remains my most favored place to convene with other Objectivists.

That one vote for "you don't ban the right people" was from me, and it was by accident--I meant to click the one below, that give you credit for doing a darn good job. Joe or Linz, you should pat yourself on the shoulder. Now, with the other hand, on the other shoulder. Now, both hands, above your head in a Y shape. After that, fold them into an M. And now a C. Once again, into an A.

Repeat the cycle several times.

Alec

For the luvva Pete, I don't think Joe and Linz have banned ANYONE. Your posts are either moderated or not. I dont agree with every decision, but generally, you gotta pretty much go out of your way to even be put on moderation. So, I voted for great job with a tough decision.

Scott,

Actually, they have.  I know of only two off the top of my head, both of them not too long ago.  If I remember correctly, they were both banned because the arguments became very personal (on both sides), and it did not help that the sentiment against them was overwhelming.  I may not agree with many of the particulars, but I do understand their decision.  Due to that, I voted "great job with a difficult task".
