hahah! You crack me up, Rick. The line about "Duncan Bayne and his dog" on that other thread had me in stitches.
Jay, I can't get over the fact that a small number of politicians in DC have the power to send 51 billion dollars to what's left of New Orleans. I mean, it amounted to them making a few phone calls back and forth and in a few days they had decided to make unborn children pay for something that might get washed away again next week!
Note: Oh wait, the current story on Yahoo! says the government "rebuilding cost could reach 200 billion or beyond."
