My dad was a huge fan of Mario Lanza, so I grew up listening to him. I still find myself humming "Deep in My Heart" and "Serenade" from time to time (from Romberg's The Student Prince).

My dad also had a thing for Johnny Cash, and to this day I can't reconcile the two. One minute I'll be singing, "I'm falling in love with someone" and the next I'll be whistling Hot Rod Lincoln.

I'm so confused...
