I'm no O'Reilly fan, but I cheered out loud when I heard him yell that into Franks' face. I have so been waiting for people to start pointing the fingers at the key figures in Congress for creating this credit problem.

Steve,
Here's the interview.  It's about 6.5 minutes long and the part you refer to is at the end.  It's very confrontational and not too informative, but you can "slide" to the end and just watch that.
