 Let me get this straight. Turn in a running vehicle that people can afford, to buy a brand new vehicle that they can't afford and accumulate more debt. Then destroy the running vehicle, rather than resell it to someone who can afford it. O, by the way, let's subsidize this by the taxpayer that is unemployed.
