This was Jesse attacking the one black congressman in the Congressional Black Caucus who voted against the bill. That congressman should have done a Dagny Taggart and walked out, or a New Spock and turned down the post in the Vulcan Academy. Of course, if he were the type to do that he wouldn't have been there in the first place.

I would have preferred to hear him say, "Unlike Jessee Jackson, I don't believe that black skin is a free ticket to tell lies, pass bad legislation, or fill my pocket with other people's money."
