This sort of satire falls a little flat nowadays. Funding for social programs and other types of spending no longer NEEDS to come from tax revenues, the money just gets printed and budget defecits get larger. Of course it can't continue forever, but in the meantime lets not pretend that anyonein government is seriously trying to "pay for" any of these programs.
