As you know, all Ohioans scored a major victory against eminent domain abuse yesterday - economic development cannot be used to justify the acquisition of homes and small business and Ohio courts will no longer serve as a rubber stamp in condemnation actions. This is certainly a decision that will reverberate around the country. Unfortunately, the Cincinnati Enquirer is conducting a poll showing an unexplained majority disagrees with the decision of the Ohio Supreme Court. We encourage you to turn the tide by voting in the poll - so everyone knows that this victory truly reflects the wishes of Ohioans to be secure in their homes and businesses.
