In this painting is a beautiful ultramodern skyscraper in the middle of farmland a small distance from a farm.  It's the setting and placement of the office building that makes this painting so utopian, I think.  Where's the infrastructure?  How do the people get to work?  Well, maybe they fly there or teleport there, or something, but wouldn't it ...
