| "The proposed Islamic Center and mosque within sight of Ground Zero would be a symbol and a celebration of the September 11th massacre. While our government is rightly compelled to stay within the bounds of the Constitution, companies and individuals are within our rights not to collaborate with the would be builders of this symbol. Because suppliers of building materials also operate many local home improvement centers and superstores, a boycott of companies that collaborate with this project is our best chance to stop it. Please pledge to boycott, together with all their subsidiaries and distributors, every business that helps, or that allows its distributors or subsidiaries to help, the Ground Zero Islamic Center project. You don't need to be a North American to pledge your support: our boycott is in the cause of Human Civilization." | ||
