| Dr. Laura Gerald, who graduated from my high school in 1986, chaired the team tasked to assess compensation to victims of this program. Eugenics has an interesting history. I wanted to post this news item for discussion given our recent exchanges about genetics. Unlike "slave reparations," this effort at least has the merit of pinpointing and compensating living victims of a misguided public policy. | ||
