2 Years of Rules and Permits Later, an Ice Cream Shop Opens Posted by William Dwyer on 2/03, 1:03pm
It's almost impossible to start a new business in San Francisco. Vacant properties can lie unused for years, because of the blizzard of regulations and exorbitant fees required to open even a small shop. The following is a prime example of the depressing effect of government controls and intervention in a city government that has been dominated for years by a leftist board of supervisors. That the owner had to endure this kind nightmare just to give people a value they were willing to pay for is an absolute disgrace.
