| Heard this story today on NPR. Should be subtitled: The Tragedy of the Commons which follows necessarily from the implementation of socialism. Eleanor Beardsley went out for a day with the Incivility Brigade (French cops who fine you for bad manners?) and they caught a guy dumping his car trash out into the street, saying that the street sweepers will get around to it. If you pay that much in taxes, then you expect others to pick up your slack. | ||
