Colorado’s Effort Against Teenage Pregnancies Is a Startling Success

I can think of many different Objectivist responses to this with some responses contradicting others.  One might argue that if a nation is stuck with a welfare state, this sort of program becomes inevitable.  Another might see its support as simply buttressing a broken welfare system and therefore oppose it.  Still another might contend that it "protects" vulnerable youth from oppressive parents.  Religionists obviously have their intrinsicist arguments against it.  Progressives will shout the "success" of this program from the rooftops and seek to expand this "free preventive medicine" to other facets of life.  This looks like a topic worthy of discussion in an Objectivist forum.
