The title refers to an opinion piece from The Week magazine attacking Ron Paul's view that taxation is slavery.  The author is clearly anti-free market, and attributes Paul's view to the one advanced by libertarian scholar Robert Nozick, who he says cites the "Lockean proviso" as a justification for original property, which the author then criticizes as fallacious.  I'll have more to say about his arguments in the comments section.
