| So, then, how do we go about converting a Democratic Constitutional Republic into a totalitarian regime? Well, first, abolish these silly Constitutional constraint regarding due process. Patriot Act. Check. Next, set precedent that government seizing of real property is lawful. We evidently have that covered, as well. Check. Those are a good start. What happens next? How quickly will this country become an utter mockery of the bastion of freedom and individual rights it once was? | ||
