| Shell Oil Co., Tesoro Hawaii and Chevron USA are trying to get Hawaii to delay implementation of its gas price cap law, which is currently scheduled to go into effect on Sept. 1st. The Hawaiian Public Utilitied Commission is scheduled to rule on the request before that time. | ||
