The video is crap (nothing more than you see now) and the sound quality isn't that good (its taken from a 78 rpm vinyl), but what a triumph of happiness in musical form it is! The melody is from an old South African tune - Armstrong used to tour Africa - the words were made up decades later by someone in New York I think (the vocals don't come in till the second half of the song).
The first comment about this video on the YouTube page is "People like louis makes me be happy about living in this world." I couldn't have said it any better.
