Num Galleries: 0 | Description I am 17. i attend a small arts high school in Minnesota. i have not finished Atlas Shrugged yet, nor started We the Living, but i plan to finish both before next summer.
I am not certain i am comfortable being called an Objectivist. I prefer over any thing to be called Andrew.
When i read the Fountainhead I knew from the first exactly the kind of man Rand was describing, and knew exactly why i was reading it, and why it was written- for me. for my life, and my love. i am fairly certain that i know love. Her name is Iris.
My latest philosophical revelation is how broad and involving the process of love and life is. it is hard for me to definitively say how i feel about any one on earth except myself, and this I think is what drives me to live on. life is conquest, not just of nature but of humanity, of every human that intercects my line.
Anthem has been the most strongly emotional read for me, of any ayn rand works.
Vesta Dunning (an excerpt from the Fountainhead) stands most strongly in my mind when i consider my ability to relax. |
