Activism might also be trying to change someone's thought process, rather than just winning an argument. If you are debating an issue, don't try to change the way they think about situation X. ... But if instead of trying to get them to simply agree with you, you show them how to be consistent in their thoughts concerning rights and laws, you will hopefully have achieved something much better.

She's currently being an activist by planning SOLOC4 details.  She designed the SOLOC4 page at www.solohq.com/conf which I copied into the announcement on the front page.  And she'll be attending SOLOC4.

The last we heard from her was the 2006 SOLO Conference in Kissimmee, Florida. (It is the home of a famous naturist resort, but I do not think that the SOLOists went there.) As a transcription, the speech was somewhat unintegrated. Clearly, this was a pep talk, not an action plan.
