From the virtues of beer to the joys of feminism, this topic took a typical twist.  Still, the original post and the later comments are all worth reading.  I was suprised to discover that Vera S. Doerr has been a poster for over ten years. I always perceived her as a newbie as a result of the discussion on intellectual property rights.  "Kicking ass is hard work!" she said. That was Lindsay Perrigo's approach: Kick-Ass Objectivism or "Kass."  It has its limitations and virtues - as does beer. I have a glass in front of me, and I lift a toast to Fred Bartlett.
