I mentioned two classics, Hart’s The Concept of Law and Fuller’s The Morality of Law. In the major league, too, I should mention the work of Ronald M. Dworkin such as Law’s Empire.

Note from Tibor Machan.

On this subject, I'm looking forward to Tara Smith's lecture titled "Humanity's Darkest Evil:" The Lethal Destructiveness of Non-Objective Law at OCON 09 this summer.

Law ethical. Morality= a matter of taste.  No wonder Diogenes ended up rolling a barrel around. Talk about ritual , hell a man can barely turn around in his own home these days.
