After all, regularity requires explanation, doesn't it (and chaos is inherently inexplicable -- but regularity ... )? Perhaps we could postulate intelligent electromagnetism, to "explain" why electrons "want" to move toward protons.
If you rolled a die 100 times and recorded the sequence of numbers, an ID theorist would say God's hand must have made it fall that way. After all, the final outcome is so unlikely ... the probability it would have occurred is 1/(6^100)! There must have been an intelligent force guiding it!
