Far be it from me to limit one's choices! Sure, I put Rand in, but I was thinking a little broader, as well, to include those Americans that best represent the O'ist ideal of America.
Because you just know that there will be votes for people who represent the antithesis: "the noble, selfless crusaders of God who teach us how to suffer gracefully," or some other pap.

Looks like they are copying the "Who is the greatest Briton programme".

"Winston Churchill" won our one. Good thing too. I wrote an article on SOLO about it before the final result:

I was very thankful that the incredibly average Princess Diana didn't come in at number one. She came in at number two. I guess that was due to the large female hormonal vote in the UK ;-)

The Germans also copied the programme and barred any NAZIs such as Hitler being included - it would have been a national scandal otherwise, I am sure. They voted post-war Chancellor Konrad Adenauer as their number one. Martin Luther was second.

Well I was saying who had the greatest affect on America in general, not just me. I also thought the poll was limited to native Americans so thats why I didn't pick Rand.
