Notice that much has changed in a year. Last year, they called their political walking around money spending grab 'The Stimulus Bill', but this year they've been spanked by Minutemen Redux, so are calling the exact same thing 'The Jobs Bill."
Or, more correctly, using politico-speak, 'The Jobs, Jobs, Jobs Bill."
