Good animation. Very eye-opening. Funny, too.

Thanks for linking to this, Bill.

Anyone can register at the Xtranormal website and create movies from their animations. They offer an array of characters and actions.  You direct the actions -- not much in this one; they could be ninjas if you wanted -- and put in the dialog.

As for the economics, how it is different from von Mises?

I think it is essentially Mises, but he may not have put it quite that way.

I have been playing with Xtranormal State and it is surprisingly powerful. The add-ins are affordable, too, e.g. 99 cents to add a character to the toolkit, etc. Some of you may enjoy playing with it.

Luke,

I just used the online version and paid to publish my 2 Xtranormal vids onto YouTube (around 75 cents per video, I believe). You apparently went a step further than that -- and bought the Xtranormal software program itself.

Is that true? Was it costly? Is it fun? Will you please post (or send to me by email) a short, 'Directed by Luke Setzer' video showing me what kinds of things that you can do with it?

Ed

The software is free but is a huge download though today's hard drives and broadband should handle it with little hassle.

The available sets and characters are smaller in number than the online version though they grow steadily with each passing week.

I am using Movavi and AVS4YOU in conjunction with State to take advantage of green screen and subtitles.

Here is the requested example:

Thanks, Luke.

It's pretty cool how you can use a green screen to have an actual (non-animated) background.
