I yearn for a test to be publicly administered to all candidates on basic economic principles... and while they are sitting there, let's test them on the constitution. (Yeah, I know, beggar and horses and all of that)

Yeah, John, as bad as that is if you watched O'Reilly last night when he interviewed John Stossel asking him to explain the "complicated" response that Ron Paul gave during the GOP debate in which he used the word, "Keynesian" it was apparent that O'Reilly didn't know who Keynes was. For a high profile commentator on economic affairs this is outrageous.

Bill Clinton looks like an economic genius compared to this clown.

How about automating the job of President of the United States? We could have an AI program based on Washington, Jefferson, and Lincoln.

Or heck, we could build one based on President Obama and - two birds with one stone - close the Comedy Channel, too.

As for Bill O'Reilly, I think that Stephen Colbert already proved him to be dumber than a post on the question of why the ocean has tides. President Obama is not the only talking head who depends on a teleprompter.
