Damn, is he ever a good spokesman for libertarianism! I love how he characterized anti-libertarians (e.g., statists) who argue against minarchy by saying:
But that means that you don't want bridges (or roads, or schools, etc)!
Let's talk about the trillion dollars (7% of GDP) in bailouts and the trillion dollars (7% of GDP) in overseas contingency operations and the multi-trillions (25-50% of GDP) in unfunded entitlements first, and then -- and maybe then -- we can have that more mundane conversation about who should be building our roads and bridges.

Yeah, he really comes across as very reasonable and very intellectually honest.

I like the scene in The West Wing.  Penn & Teller perform for a birthday party at the White House and burn an American flag.  That brings deputy director Josh Lyman who demands a statement of retraction and apology.  Penn Jillette explains the constitutional grounds he stands on.  Josh asks, "Did you go to law school?"  "No," Penn replies.  "Clown school." That works on many levels.
