| | What's funny is that I'll bet you that school administrators (school bureaucrats) in Spain make, on average, more than the average wage in America -- and perhaps even more than twice the average wage in America. And I'll bet you that they aren't willing to take a pay cut. So they are probably finding myriad ways -- i.e., this "paper cut" is probably their idea, not an idea from government officials -- to make the general public foot the bill.
Socialism brings out the worst in everybody.
